Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY / TURNAROUND

All orders will be shipped from Kentucky, USA within 2 business days of purchase. Purchases made on either Saturday or Sunday will ship out no later than on Tuesday.

  • Carriers

     The following carriers and methods are used to deliver your orders:

      USPS ~ USPS Priority Mail & 
USPS Parcel Select Ground (when applicable)

      FedEx ~ Home Delivery / Ground

  •  Order Tracking
Once a label is created for your shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of receiving this email (48 hours if your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday) for the tracking number to become active. At that point you will be able to click on the tracking link to follow its progress.

 

USPS Parcel Select shipping offers a low-cost shipment option, but with this comes limited tracking information. You will receive a notice that your order has shipped but the next notice will not be provided until it reaches your local post office. 

  • Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the total weight and dimensional size of the order, accompanied by your location. Prior to final checkout, you will be shown shipping options from which to choose.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

*PLEASE PRINT OUT A COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION TO ACT AS A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE*

  • HOME DECOR RETURNS -- Returns are only accepted if your purchased item is delivered DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 7 days to submit a return request to sml@farmhousefreshhome.com from the date of receiving the item, stating the reason for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (please retain your email "Confirmation of Order" & Order # as your receipt). Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow from 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. If exceptions are made to these rules by our decision-making, you may be asked to pay to ship it back and there will be a 20% restocking fee associated with your return.
  • FASHION / APPAREL RETURNS -- We highly advise you email sml@farmhousefreshhome.com with any fashion questions you may have, prior to purchase. Returns are only accepted if your purchased item is delivered DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED. You have 7 days to submit a return request to contact@luxehomeandfashion.com from the date of receiving the item, stating the reason for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (please retain your email "Confirmation of Order" & Order # as your receipt). Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow from 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. If exceptions are made to these rules by our decision-making, you may be asked to pay to ship it back and there will be a 20% restocking fee associated with your return. We will not make exceptions on any wearables, including hats, shoes, boots or clothing. Please be sure of the size, prior to purchase. 
  • HOLIDAY RETURN EXCEPTION (November 1st through December 25th) The "return request" period of 10 days will be extended to to include purchases made from November 1st through December 25th, allowing for gift-giving to take place. Return requests for any purchases made on or after November 1st will be extended until January 4th. All requests for returns for purchases made after November 1st, to be given as gifts must be submitted prior to the January 4th to be considered.
  • EXCHANGES --  I only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Please first contact me at sml@farmhousefreshhome.com with the reasoning for exchange and I will verify that I have a replacement product to be sent out. If for some reason I do not have an exchange in stock, I will offer you a full refund for the original purchase. You have 10 days to submit an exchange request from the date of delivery.    
  • RETURN ADDRESS LABELS -- If a return address label is provided to you to either return or exchange your item, you have 5 business days to get it back in the mail to us before it expires. If the label expires, it will be your responsibility to pay for postage in getting it sent back within 15 business days. After 15 business days the return or exchange will no longer be accepted.                                                                                                                                                                                 
Be it a return or exchange, all items must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please also include in your return/ exchange package a signed letter stating the reason for return, accompanied by the original receipt / packing slip.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you decide to cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged a $10 fee. Once the shipping label has been created it means that we have not only pulled and packed your order but incurred the charge for processing the label itself.
